Ingredients

3 cups wheat flour
1 cup boiled daal( arhar,and chana)
2 cup of finely chopped Fenugreek leaves
2 cups of finely chopped mustered leaves
1/2 spoon of turmeric Powder
1 spoon of garam masala
1 spoon of coriander powder
1/2 a spoon of red chili powder
1 tea spoon cumin seeds
1 tea spoon of carom seeds
1 tea spoon Salat or as per taste
1 tea spoon grated ginger garlic
1 finely chopped green chilli
1/2 cup of chopped coriander leaves
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup of oil for thepla
Directions
In a parat add all the ingredients mix it well
Add water and make a soft dough
Make small balls and make a shape of chapati with rolling pin
Heat the tava and add oil then put the thepla on tava, cook with both sides
Enjoy the yummy green leafy and healthy thepla with tea ,pickle and chatni
